I took my car in for some recalls. I stood there waiting a few minutes for someone to notice me. When helped I reiterated that I would like for them to rotate my tires and fix my squeaky breaks that only happen when I back up. When I picked up my car my tires were not rotated and my breaks still squeaked as I backed out of the parking spot. More
