I had an appointment for oil change (The WORKS) and get an estimate for why the TPMS light was on. Even though I arrived a little early, the Service Advisor, Mr. Morris, waited on me immediately - no wa an estimate for why the TPMS light was on. He listened to my concerns and followed through perfectly, updating me on everything for my approval. The service work was completed quickly, all in about 1/2 hour. My husband and I have purchased the last 6 vehicles from LaFontaine Ford of Birch Run. We stopped using the service dept a few years back. The trade in value for our previous truck wasn’t great and we’ve tried to contact after and we’ve kind of been ghosted. Just not impressed, not what a top notch dealership should be and we specially considering we travel 1.5hrs to do do business there. More

We were on vacation when our 2014 F150 broke down. We were pulling a 32ft fifth wheel trailer. We got to the campground and disconnected the camper. The tow company took the truck to the dealership.
