Good Price on new Bronco, but communication was not great. Parts department actually told me they wouldn’t order a part required for my trailering lights to work properly. I had to order the part fro great. Parts department actually told me they wouldn’t order a part required for my trailering lights to work properly. I had to order the part from another local dealer. Service department seems unorganized and a bit slow to respond. Took 4 calls and over 2 weeks to get in line for a warranty service appointment that I am still waiting on. Hoping the actual service will be better than the appointment process. I have bought numerous new vehicles over the past 20 years (26 purchase) and this is my worst experience to date. More
