He was very thorough, went above and beyond telling us other issues he noticed would need to be addressed soon. Bought a 2023 Expedition Max Limited. It had some dings that the dealer said could be repaired by their PDR guy. Well, the guy is a hack! Drilled a nasty hole in my door, didnt tidy it It had some dings that the dealer said could be repaired by their PDR guy. Well, the guy is a hack! Drilled a nasty hole in my door, didnt tidy it up, or put a plug in the hole. And now, I have a half assed repair job with cracked paint and a new ding, that I'll have to get fixed at a body shop. Vehicle only had 1 key fob. I asked several times about a 2nd one. Was told "we'll come up with something" and " we'll figure it out". Once the sale was done, the narrative changed to " we can't/won't do anything for you. You're on your own". Disgusted and disappointed? You bet your xxx. I should have known better than to go to a Lafontaine dealership. More
