I stopped by and asked for Jesse. He was so friendly and polite and busy! He started me on my first test drive. Andrew Hamp stepped in to help facilitate test drives while Jesse finished with another customer. They were both so helpful and friendly. I fell in love with a gold Ford Escape and I was sold. We were in an accident & had to replace our truck. We had only a certain amount of insurance money to replace our truck. We found it every hard to replace our crew cab truck. We went back the next day. Jesse showed us an extended cab truck. It was still above our price range. Jesse worked with his manager & my husband to lower the price, so we could afford to buy the truck. We picked up our truck on 2-25-14. I was unaware that when we left, I accidently dropped my down payment check. Jesse found my check & immediately called our daughter to come back & get our check. We found Jesse to be a very good & honest person. Jesse also speaks Spanish & could speak Spanish to my husband. Jesse & his manager worked hard to get us into a truck that we could afford. This was the first time I purchased a 'used' car, and was apprehensive that I would be buying someone else's problems. Brought my car in for service; I'll be honest, the repairs set me back a good deal of $$$. After bringing vehicle home, same problem occurred a couple of days later. Not happy! Returned to service dept. but they couldn't get the problem to occur. Went back home - not happy! A few days later decided to call Dustin, the C/S dept. mgr., who arranged for a loaner car for me to use while they figured it out. A little happier now! Two days later, picked up my car, and Drew (a very compassionate customer service rep) said that Keller would take care of the entire bill since they didn't get it right the first time. Ok, very thankful and happy!!! No problems at all ever since. Still happy! Thank you, Dustin & Drew! More
