Not satisfied We purchase 2010 Toyota Highlander the entire process was smooth. The vehicle had issues never was service before place on the lot ready for sale, cabin filter was Not change, Air filter was Not change, never was detail, issues with film on dash board paper was issue to us statement that "We Owe" Toyota Never replace the film. What they told me was the paper they gave me had expire and there was nothing they can do. So be aware you customer out there of what they tell you. We deal Gerald Makina sale rep. poor job he did. At the end of all of this the vehicle end up with a re-call something related to the brakes system and accelerator issues. It can happen to anybody out there. I would Not recommend this place to No body.... More

He went and asked someone the info and came right back with the answer I would buy from him again and recommend him to my friends. I was NOT happy with the finance department when I returned to give them my $5000 down payment. They wanted to just hand me a envelope with all my paperwork and rush me out the door without setting down and us going over each section of my contract. They did so only at my insistence and had a haughty attitude with my warranted questions. Since I chose the Platinum maintenance plan I had questions how the oil changes started at 25,000 miles when sticker on vehicle said 36 months,36,000 miles limited warranty. It was only after I went home and read it for myself did I see that was a different warranty than oil maintenance. He should have known which plan was which. Who wants to walk out with 10 papers with no one on one discussion. Otherwise I was happy with my experience but after sale atmosphere is just as important to a customer. More

Great Experience at LaGrange Toyota I needed to replace our gas hog. After looking around we decided on a Camry. I found a 2012 Camry at another dealership and was going to buy. I looked I needed to replace our gas hog. After looking around we decided on a Camry. I found a 2012 Camry at another dealership and was going to buy. I looked online and found some good prices on new cars, but over an hour away. I took what I found to Lagrange Toyota and ended up with a NEW CAMRY for the price the other dealer wanted for a used 2012. My salesman, Ryan Lane, did a GREAT job of showing us the features and knowing the car front to back. Everyone was great to work with and very professional. Before we left with the car, Ryan came out to help set up some of the features. This was going the extra mile because we already purchased the car and walking out the door. The additional service like this shows me that they will be there for me in the future not just sell me a car and I am on my own. More

When we exited my car, the week before, we received a warm, friendly welcome to LaGrange Toyota by Gerald McKenna. I was looking for a vehicle that was easy to get in and out, but not sure I was ready for a SUV. Gerald suggested that I look at the Venza, of which I had never seen. From the very beginning, it felt more like a car than other makes I had driven. After a test drive a few days later, I was pleased with the way it handled and was ready to trade. Gerald was able to locate a Venza LE that had just enough electronics for me and the price was good.. Thanks Gerald for helping find the vehicle I love. More

The greeter (not sure what her real title was) was always very friendly, the entire sales staff was genuinely friendly even though they weren't my salesman. Ronnie Barnes, my salesman, has been in the business for many years, he has it all figured out. I have been in sales for 25 out of my 35 years working and Ronnie is one of the best. He should be the sales trainer and definitely a mentor to any new sales associates. This entire team from the bottom to the top WILL make sure your buying experience is the best you will ever have and you will never send anyone you care about any where else. LaGrange Toyota you ROCK. More
They go extra mile to take care of the customer. My salesman was Mr. Bobby Sabia. I walked into the dealership with a specific request and within two days he found just what I wanted with extras. I was happy they quoted me a price, that really made me aware of what to expect. The other dealers in the area didn't do that. I knew up front what to expect from Bobby and LaGrange Toyota. I would recommend Bobby and LaGrange Toyota to family friends and even strangers. Thank you Bobby for going the extra mile to get me what i requested. I am so happy with my 2014 Toyota Highlander.they were friendly and kept me abreast via email or text of everything he was doing to get the car I requested. More
