I would normally wouldn't leave a three star review for this situation, it would be lower. However the staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for my review is that we told the salesman that there was a misfire on the engine starting and I asked if he would have a tech pull a plug and check if that was potentially the issue. We were also told all maintenance was up to date. I didn't want to drive the 80 miles home and have an engine fail. We we returned from the bank he told us it was good. We went straight to the shop to have some much needed maintenance done. We pulled the oil dipstick and there was no oil on the dipstick. None, Zero, Zilch. I am pretty upset that they knew how far we were driving and I asked them to check it and they did not. Disappointing for sure. More

Agreed in good faith to purchase a 2021 Ram 2500 from James Brusnahan at Labrum Ford (from Ohio) via phone calls, emails and photos. Flew out to Heber City Utah and when inspecting the truck and test dri James Brusnahan at Labrum Ford (from Ohio) via phone calls, emails and photos. Flew out to Heber City Utah and when inspecting the truck and test driving it all four tires were dry rotted (I had a 2000 mile drive back to Ohio). They knew this and did not disclose it and would not negotiate on pricing. I had to purchase new tires at the dealership ($2,400). Then they had to reset a check engine light (low voltage). Again, sold me a truck knowing it had electrical issues. My battery was dead and truck would not start. Had to get a new battery while stranded in Wyoming ($420.00). When I got home the next morning the truck would not start again. They knew there was an electrical issue and a parasitic draw and DID NOT fix it or disclose it. I am now stuck with repairing an electrical issue and paying out of pocket as the truck is no longer under factory warranty. Very dishonest dealership. I would advise not dealing with this stealership. More
