This is a family owned business that has been around since 1928, and I can see why. My salesperson, Fred Perla's years of experience made the entire process fast, painless and personal. Test drove on Monday, took delivery on Wednesday. Fred was my single point of contact for the sale, financing and delivery. This differs from my previous vehicle buying encounters where you were passed from sales to finance to someone else at delivery time. The price given for my trade-in was more than fair based on my research of KBB and NADA values. I had previously purchased a Jeep here in 2003, and this is the way Lahti's does business. When I walked into the dealership I was met by a warm and friendly smile and an a firm handshake from Diane and it was a great adventure from there.
