On January 12 I entered into a legal contract and left a deposit with Lahti Jeep regarding the ordering of a 2022 Jeep Wrangler vehicle. They had given me a purchase price of XXXXX. Today, 9 days later deposit with Lahti Jeep regarding the ordering of a 2022 Jeep Wrangler vehicle. They had given me a purchase price of XXXXX. Today, 9 days later, I received a call from the salesman saying that we had "a small problem". When they put my order in the day after I signed the paperwork (January 13), they found out that "the color I wanted is no longer being made and all of the prices of the options had increased overnight". They did not call me to tell me this until 9 days later because "the salesman was going on vacation so the owner waited until he got back to tell him so his trip wasn't ruined". Once the salesman told me about the above issues, they said that they could order me the jeep in a different color with all of the same options for almost 2600 more than originally agreed on!! I refused to pay that price. It was not my fault that they did not know prices had gone up and we had agreed on a set price. We had signed the order agreement and they took my deposit. The salesman came back, acknowledged that everything had been "locked in", and then offered to sell it to me for 5$$$$, their "invoice cost" for the inconvenience. I demanded my non-refundable deposit back. This feels like a bait and switch. We had signed the order agreement and they took my deposit. THAT should have been honored More

This was our first purchase from Lahti’s Jeep. I’m very pleased to say it was a no hassle and pleasant experience. The sale person was Jacob Newcomb who I would highly recommend.
