We have been dealing with Lahti’s for at least 25 years. During this time, we’ve never had a serious problem with our car. But this time, their Service Manager described it as one of the most perplexing p During this time, we’ve never had a serious problem with our car. But this time, their Service Manager described it as one of the most perplexing problems they’ve ever had! It took 3-1/2 weeks to solve- but they did solve it! During this time, the Service Department was always professional, respectful, patient, understanding, and kind. We would have appreciated more updates on what was happening. Sometimes days would go by without a conversation or text as to what was going on. We started to become frustrated and slightly irritated because there wasn’t enough communication. Just a short message daily would have helped a lot! In the end, the cost of the repair was much less than we anticipated - so that was very nice! More
