Hassle free service Dropped off my F150 for a transmission recall issue on a Sunday evening and left a note and keys in drop box. Monday at 930 received a call that it was ready for pickup. Walked into service department and was greeted promptly and was courteously directed to cashier who promptly completed the paperwork and had a porter pull up my truck. Took no more than five minutes total. Easy, pleasant and hassle free service. Almost makes me wish my F150 was less reliable. More

Never a bad experience I am very picky with who works on my vehicles. A bit OCD if you will. I do however trust Laird Noller and their staff to treat my vehicles with care.
