Mixed Feelings When I brought in the van, Grant asked what he could do for me. He was in the middle of finishing another customer so he stated he needed to complete When I brought in the van, Grant asked what he could do for me. He was in the middle of finishing another customer so he stated he needed to complete this before getting with me. I was going to be out of town so I asked to go ahead and pay so I could pick the van up after hours. He seemed (just a feeling he left) that was going to be a problem. He said he needed to check on cost of parts and labor etc., so he said I could have a seat. We were kind of in a hurry and when I stepped up to the counter Grant got a little defensive, stating that he wasn't even ready yet, he still needed to check on parts cost. So I stepped back and in a little while he was ready. I gave him my keys, signed the papers and told him to leave the van outside and keys in cup holder and close it up. He said he would call and let me know when the van was done so I wouldn't have to worry about that it had been put outside and the keys were inside. Grant or no one from your service department called. When we got back into town I got into van and couldn't find keys, which started to upset me. I checked in several common locations and finally found them in the center console part on top. I usually don't put much in there and was the last place I looked. Again was not happy he didn't put it where I had asked. Also cost was off by about $4.55 and he used some of my bonus reward money to cover it and nothing was even discussed about that. More

Great Buying Experience I had inquired about a 2014 Mustang that was on sale but wasn't fully sold on buying the car because my wife and I were actually looking for a truck. I had inquired about a 2014 Mustang that was on sale but wasn't fully sold on buying the car because my wife and I were actually looking for a truck. However, several weeks later I was contacted by Rick Wright of Laird Noller Hyundai who told me they were planning to sell the vehicle at a discounted price to another dealer but that they'd rather sell it to a customer for the same amount. The deal was so good, on such a quality car, we jumped right on it. The entire staff - from Mr. Wright, to Anthony and Jonathan - were extremely courtesy, accommodating and patient. Not only did we get an extremely fair deal on our aging trade-in, they gave us an in-depth look at all of our service and financing options.
