Great Service I had shopped around with several other car dealers/dealerships and looked everywhere online. I found a car I was interested in at Laird Noller but it I had shopped around with several other car dealers/dealerships and looked everywhere online. I found a car I was interested in at Laird Noller but it had been sold a few days prior. However, Tony asked what I wanted and my price range and told me he would find what I wanted. He emailed me a few days later with a perfect car. He already had it at the dealership so I was able to test drive it the very next day. It was such an easy process. He was very professional, down to earth, and I did not feel like I needed to keep my guard up (play hard ball). I don't feel like I was scammed out of anything and very proud of my purchase. I am in love with my GMC Terrain. It was a perfect addition to my family. I recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He is a great guy and very easy to work with! I also worked with Jeff with the financial aspect. I was trying to go through all the paperwork with a 17 month old who wasn't the most cooperative. He was a champ and helped me get through the process fast and painless and put up with several melt downs haha. Everyone I encountered was very professional and I never felt the pushy sales pitches and pressure as I have other dealerships in Lawrence I visited previously. It was a great car buying experience.
