While the part ended up being delayed by two days, we were always kept alerted to the situation (the communication we received was exemplary), and the actual service was performed beautifully. We had a bad experience at a Hyundai dealer in Wichita, and have decided that all work we need done on our Hyundai will now be done at Laird Noller.
