They knew me by name after only my second or third visit. What I enjoy about their service the most is that it's fairly obvious their priority is you, servicing your vehicle correctly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. It is not about making an extra buck by trying to sell you a part or service you don't necessarily need. That is why I continue to go back. They will also provide a quote or estimate for a new part or service and wait for the customer to give the OK before proceeding with the service. A practice that can be hard to find in other automotive service shops. More

My Escape saved me from more critical injuries than I susta I purchased my 2014 Ford Escape last summer from Josh Hoke, so I knew I wanted to go back. My Escape saved me from more critical injuries than I sustained, but it was totaled. I went in to see Josh, who was at another location, but he immediately headed to the 23rd Street location to assist me. Josh worked fast to get me a new Escape so I can drive to work, and I love it.
