My Escape saved me from more critical injuries than I sustained, but it was totaled. I went in to see Josh, who was at another location, but he immediately headed to the 23rd Street location to assist me. Josh worked fast to get me a new Escape so I can drive to work, and I love it. Laird Noller was the best decision I have made and I will definitely go back when I need a new vehicle. Thank you Josh and everyone at Laird Noller for helping me out quickly in my time of need. More

Pre Mid-Life Crisis SOLVED Woke up one day and decided I wanted a "muscle" car. I drive 23rd St. constantly and was initially drawn in by a slick black Camaro. Tony came out to greet me and we hit it off instantly. He found the perfect car for me, a pretty blue Mustang, and brought it in from Topeka so I could test drive it. It was love at first "drive"! Two days after the test drive, I was driving that baby home. Tony was absolutely amazing to work with. I never once felt pressured, and always felt listened to. It's obvious he loves his job and he is very good at it. Tony was also super patient with me and was courteous beyond expectation. I am extremely grateful to Tony, and also want to extend gratitude to Scott and Jeff for their time and effort on my behalf. I still can't believe this dream came true! Thanks guys!! Danielle More

It was found that when front tires were exchanged by back tires, sounds come from the front tires. But you did not check it after the exchange. I have to go back again to check what happened. you exchange my tires again, then sounds are gone. More
Pessimistic Proven Wrong I went into this transaction knowing Tony only on a personal level, and being extremely jaded by past experiences with other car dealers. I loathed p I went into this transaction knowing Tony only on a personal level, and being extremely jaded by past experiences with other car dealers. I loathed purchasing vehicles, running credit, the financial obligation....only to always feel like I had been left disappointed and just another number on their monthly quota. Purchasing vehicles was always a horrible experience for me. I had went in to see Tony in June to take a look at their inventory, ended up taking one home, and come back the next day to draw up the official paperwork. However, I ended up walking away from the transaction due to the numbers not being where I needed them to be. Fast forward one month to July. I had another bad experience with my vehicle, and was fed up. I wanted something newer, with lower mileage, and I was DONE with toying with the idea of purchasing a new car - it was now going to happen. So, there my husband and I were walking into Laird Noller at 5:30pm with a grump attitude, and ready to buy that very second. Tony, of course, welcomed us with open arms, and talked with us again about options. Low-and-behold they had the SAME car I had taken home just the month before still on the lot, and I told him we wanted it. Then, as we were drawing up the paperwork, I was browsing other vehicles in the same price range, and came across a Ford Fusion that was newer, with 1/2 the mileage, and fully loaded! I changed my mind, took the car for a test drive 2 blocks and by 9:30pm the transaction was complete and I was on my way! Tony helped me unload everything from my car into my new Fusion, and sent me on my way! But - his customer service doesn't end there!! He then paid to have my windows tinted, replaced a missing part on the car, and paid for out of his own pocket a broken 3rd eye tail light, in addition to fixing something else on the car that had came up after the ink had dried. Not only did he go above and beyond in making sure the car I purchased from him was exactly how I wanted it and in pristine working order - he also gave me his own personal vehicle to drive for 3 days while the repairs were being done! Why? Because the loaner car they had originally given me was being sold to another customer, and to prevent any further inconvenience to me, he came and got the original loaner car, and left me his car so I didn't have to worry about anything else! I picked up my Fusion yesterday, and all repairs done on it were perfect! It was like nothing was ever wrong in the first place! I should have known better knowing Tony on a personal level - but because my past experiences were so horrible, I went into the transaction with him in such a negative mindset, he had a tall order to fill. Not only did he fill the order without ever losing his smile, he sent me home with twice the customer service I had ever dreamed of receiving! I will ONLY refer my friends and family to Tony, not for our personal friendship, but because he is that amazing at his job! Above and beyond, out of the park, outstanding customer service! More

So, when I was looking at a 2015 F-250 and saw Tony again, I knew either way, I was gonna enjoy working with him. The whole buying process with Tony is very low key and there is no pressure at all. The first time I bought from him, he completely took all the wind out of my sails by offering me a price that really left me no room to haggle as it was more than fair in my book. I really wasn't expecting to purchase this truck that day, but once again, he and Laird Noller made me a more than fair offer which I wasn't expecting! After a few minutes of ironing out the details, I had a new truck! I must say, I had been researching this make and model on the internet. I did a nationwide search on autotrader.com, and for the same miles, year and price, unbelievably this was the best deal in the whole U.S.!! I used to shop KC for cars as I believed you got a better deal there, but from now on, I'm keeping my dollars with Laird Noller in Lawrence! I will definitely purchase my next car from them! My only complaint, or advice would be....if you think you are just gonna look at a car at Laird Noller, better be prepared to buy!! More
