So, when I was looking at a 2015 F-250 and saw Tony again, I knew either way, I was gonna enjoy working with him. The whole buying process with Tony is very low key and there is no pressure at all. The first time I bought from him, he completely took all the wind out of my sails by offering me a price that really left me no room to haggle as it was more than fair in my book. I really wasn't expecting to purchase this truck that day, but once again, he and Laird Noller made me a more than fair offer which I wasn't expecting! After a few minutes of ironing out the details, I had a new truck! I must say, I had been researching this make and model on the internet. I did a nationwide search on autotrader.com, and for the same miles, year and price, unbelievably this was the best deal in the whole U.S.!! I used to shop KC for cars as I believed you got a better deal there, but from now on, I'm keeping my dollars with Laird Noller in Lawrence! I will definitely purchase my next car from them! My only complaint, or advice would be....if you think you are just gonna look at a car at Laird Noller, better be prepared to buy!! More

Listened to me I was researching what car I wanted. I did use truecar.com. Laird Noller Automotive was the only dealership that I went to that actually paid attent I was researching what car I wanted. I did use truecar.com. Laird Noller Automotive was the only dealership that I went to that actually paid attention to what I wanted based on my true car certificate. The did not try to show me more expensive vehicles, I truly appreciated that. They also did not pressure me to purchase right away. I was able to take my time. They showed me all the numbers. Others just wanted me to see the payment amount not the cost of the car. They gave me the options of number of years to hold the loan and what that would do to my payments. Jeff Kirwan did an excellent job explaining how the different warranties worked. When I picked up my car the Josh Hoke taught me how to use the gadgets like the bluetooth. He had even taken time away from his paternity leave to make sure I was taken care of. More

Alex Alvarado I was what a bit of a tough customer with a special situation trade vehicle. Initially, I stopped in only to learn the trade in policy. Alex Alvarado knew his way around the Laird Noller policy and how it compared to other dealerships in Lawrence. I had planned to buy a new car, but a 2014 Subaru Outback caught my eye. I drove it and a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. I left to "sleep on it" and went by the Subaru dealer. I spoke with a nice enough fellow there, starting with the same question about trade-in policy. I then learned about some of the 2015-16 Subaru SUVs. I considered options for a couple of days, then returned to Laird Noller and met Jon Riedel. Even thought I decided to purchase the Subaru rather then the Hyundai, Alex and Jon understood my goals and worked to meet them. This is my second dealing with a Laird Noller dealership and they are two for two. More
