Great Customer Service Tony was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find and get the car I needed. He helped to put my mind at ease. And the Finance guy (John, I Tony was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find and get the car I needed. He helped to put my mind at ease. And the Finance guy (John, I believe) was just as helpful. They both made me feel welcomed like I was a long time friend. They took the time to make sure I understood all the ins and outs and also made sure I knew I could contact them with even the smallest question. I can honestly say now, "I have a car guy" because I will be back in the future. They even stayed past close to make sure I got my car. Great staff all the way around. They rest were very kind and courteous to my 3 year old little girl who as you can imagine would not sit still or stay in one place. Again, they are an amazing group and I will be back. Thank you for all your help!!! More

It was a rewarding experience to work with Josh Hoke. He worked hard to find the pickup truck I wanted with the right options in the price range I could afford. He was "on call" for me at all times and kept me informed without pressure tactics. Marc Hauser was in sync with Josh and me throughout the process. Finally, Jeff Kirwan finished the paperwork efficiently in a no-nonsense fashion. In fact, everyone I met at the dealership made it a point to be friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience, moreso when I realized that Josh was also an American Vet. More

About 3 weeks ago we decided it was time to get me a different car. We went in to look at a nice used Escape that was in the paper, it was sold the day before, so we called on Josh to help us find my car, this time I was looking for a nice 2013 Escape Titanium, once again I gave Josh a list of must haves and don't wants, and like our truck Josh came through. My Escape was our 6th vehichle we purchased from Laird NOLLER. Jeff Kirwan was great to work with, we had a few hurdles come up and Jeff was able to help us over them.
