Jerry helped us learn a lot about three different vehicles, including test drives, over a several day period. This was very helpful in determining the vehicle that would best meet our needs. Then the dealership was very helpful in locating and securing the vehicle that had the features that we desired most. The negotiated price was a fair one according to the Consumer Reports car-buying service. Once the vehicle arrived Jerry went over many, many features and nuances of the vehicle with us. He was very patient, low pressure, and fun to work with. More
What a great experience! Like many other people, we were dreading the thought of buying a new car. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove onto the Laird Noller lot and greeting by David Wakeman. Expecting the stereotypical used car salesperson pitch, we figured it would be a rough day. David proved to be anything but! We felt comfortable to walk around, choose some cars and test drive them. Instead of feeling like we were being sold a car we felt like we were actually getting to ask questions, get honest answers, and ultimately, choose the best car for our family! Alex, in the Business Office, was just as friendly and took the time to explain and break down all the financials for us which we were grateful for. The entire Laird Noller staff was happy and ready to help. I can't say anything but positive remarks about our entire experience. Thank you, David & Alex for a great day - we love our new car! Alex Alvarado help us with become knowledgeable about the Hyundai Santa Fe and all the safety/convenience features vs price which sold us on the car. Overall a good experience We worked with Greg Cooper and he was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager was also easy to work with. Our only issue that I did not like was that I was not offered the lowest interest rate the first time. It was only after I said the rate was too high for my credit score and was higher than what my credit union and bank had quoted and after I said I would have to refinance after a couple of weeks that the rate was reduced by 1 percent. I did not feel I should have to negotiate the best rate. More
