They're great as a whole, but Jerry is really the one who has earned our loyalty. He is, in my opinion, the heart and soul of Laird Noller. It wouldn't be the same without him. I don't know what we're going to do when he retires. He is an honest, sincere, and genuine person. A truly good human being. If they world had more Jerrys, what a wonderful world it would be. All the guys over there are great, but if I were to make a suggestion to anyone, it would be Jerry. We've had a great experience every time. We've also worked with Jeff multiple times and he is also very helpful and compassionate. He's very easy to talk to and not at all intimidating (being in the financial department and all). This was our first time working with Cody, but he was also very friendly and easy to talk to! These guys have taken me under their wing more than once. In my first encounter with them, I worked with Jerry and Sean Isaacs. I was having a lot of trouble with another dealership in town and they helped me through it, actually going with me to the other dealership to straighten things out. Long winded, I know. But I just have so many good things to say about these guys!! More

Time Lost We dropped our car off, after having it towed due to a blown transmission, on a Sunday night. We called Monday morning to explain the issue. We were told by the end of that week, they would have the transmission taken apart, and give our third-party warranty company a call to come out. This was not done until the following mid-week. Each time WE had to call for an update, wondering where our car was. Once the warranty company came out, we were given the option of a rental, either for the Memorial day weekend, and returning it on Tuesday, or picking it up on Tuesday and having it for 4 days, leaving us without a vehicle for the holiday weekend. Once actual work on the transmission began, the deadline was pushed back twice, and finished on a Friday - to which we were not notified until Monday - a full month from drop-off. The car was returned dirtier than when we dropped it off. We have only had it back for a day now, so actual repair reliability is yet to be tested. More

Jerry helped us learn a lot about three different vehicles, including test drives, over a several day period. This was very helpful in determining the vehicle that would best meet our needs. Then the dealership was very helpful in locating and securing the vehicle that had the features that we desired most. The negotiated price was a fair one according to the Consumer Reports car-buying service. Once the vehicle arrived Jerry went over many, many features and nuances of the vehicle with us. He was very patient, low pressure, and fun to work with. More

We were pleasantly surprised when we drove onto the Laird Noller lot and greeting by David Wakeman. Expecting the stereotypical used car salesperson pitch, we figured it would be a rough day. David proved to be anything but! We felt comfortable to walk around, choose some cars and test drive them. Instead of feeling like we were being sold a car we felt like we were actually getting to ask questions, get honest answers, and ultimately, choose the best car for our family! Alex, in the Business Office, was just as friendly and took the time to explain and break down all the financials for us which we were grateful for. The entire Laird Noller staff was happy and ready to help. I can't say anything but positive remarks about our entire experience. Thank you, David & Alex for a great day - we love our new car! Alex Alvarado help us with become knowledgeable about the Hyundai Santa Fe and all the safety/convenience features vs price which sold us on the car. I love my new Santa Fe and I am happy and feel very good about my new car. The whole process was easy and quick from start to finish, thanks to Jerry and Alex. More
