When Rica answered the phone, she was polite and professional and able to answer all our questions about the dealership. She arranged a meeting time with a sales person, Sean Isaacs, for that evening. We had just had a terrible experience at Rob Sight Ford Used Cars (in fact, they bought the car back from us!) and we were leery about trusting another dealership. Sean had the car in which we were interested ready when we arrived so we could go for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car and straightforward about any issues (cosmetic). It was definitely NOT a "high pressure used car salesman" approach. We returned to the dealership and went inside. The atmosphere was relaxed and the everyone was very professional and polite; for example, offering us water, chairs, etc. Sean has a binder on his desk which lists his commitments to himself and his customers - and I must say he abides by those commitments when dealing with customers. Sean discussed the car in detail, provide pricing information, explained the warranty that is included with the used car, and provided us with the opportunity to make an informed decision about the vehicle. He was helpful through every step in the process! We decided to buy this car. We felt that we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness throughout all our interactions with Sean and the dealership. We were definitely "on edge" from our recent experience at another dealership, and Sean was kind, patient, and professional dealing with our questions and concerns. The overall experience was extremely positive and we would highly recommend this dealership (and Sean) to anyone looking for a dependable used car and a salesman willing to help you find it. I went with the Elantra, but almost as important as the vehicle was the fact that Laird Noller was the only dealership to not call several times on my vacation to pressure me. I came in the next week and was offered the best deal I've seen, good warranties, and purchased the car in a completely friendly and laid back environment. I've only ever bought from individuals because of the horror stories of dealerships, and I went into Laird Noller looking for a fight - I've never been as glad to be disproved. More

The only frustrating thing was that the squeak started after a previous repair at Laird and I still had to pay full price for the new parts and labor. But, they fixed the squeak. More
