Overall a good experience We worked with Greg Cooper and he was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager was also easy to work with. It was only after I said the rate was too high for my credit score and was higher than what my credit union and bank had quoted and after I said I would have to refinance after a couple of weeks that the rate was reduced by 1 percent. I did not feel I should have to negotiate the best rate. More
