Always a Place to Feel Comfortable. I've been buying cars at Laird Noller in Lawrence since the 1980s. I've bought a new Ford Mustang, a new Mazda Miata, a used Ford F-150 truck, and mo I've been buying cars at Laird Noller in Lawrence since the 1980s. I've bought a new Ford Mustang, a new Mazda Miata, a used Ford F-150 truck, and most recently a new 2014 Ford Flex and a new 2012 Mitsubishi i-Miev. We bought the Ford Flex and the Mitsubishi on the same day! Our salesman that day was Greg Cooper. We originally just went to the dealership to buy the Mitsubishi, but after we asked some questions about the new Ford Flex and Mr Cooper showed it to us, we decided to buy that, also. Mr Cooper was great and everything went very smoothly. The service department has been very good throughout the years, too. Thank you Lawrence Laird Noller! I don't know what I'd do without you. More
Repaired older vehicle I have an older car that needed some work, and went to Hyundai Service for it. I had been given a service quote from a different repair garage, but d I have an older car that needed some work, and went to Hyundai Service for it. I had been given a service quote from a different repair garage, but decided to go here instead. Danny Dolar did price comparisons and came in with prices well under the other place, and we got the car fixed. He also told me (and took me to the car to show me) what really needed done. He also explained an item that might need future attention but not necessarily right now. This kind of customer service was well beyond what I am used to. My salesperson, Alex Alverado, told me to give the service department a try, and I was glad he did. Because of Danny, I will be back with my other cars for service as well. Thank you! More

Always a pleasant experience! I have always been very pleased with the service or repairs I received for my SUV. Excellent service as I needed a quick repair while traveling Jessica quickly assessed the damage to the inner fender and pulled the car in to have a technician inspect it. They determined the part I needed and Jessica quickly assessed the damage to the inner fender and pulled the car in to have a technician inspect it. They determined the part I needed and that it had to be order ed. Jessica set an appointment for me to return when the part was expected to arrive. The part arrived exactly when it was supposed to and they started working on the car right when I arrived. Jessica had asked me if I wanted to have a multipoint inspection performed and I said yes. She came out to show me how dirty the engine air filter was I was glad that she did and I had them replace that as well. I was in and out in less than an hour! I have to return to the west coast next week, but I wish I could have my car serviced here all of the time! Jessica was the best service writer I've ever worked with! More

Variety of car work I took my car initially because of some recall information with my car. After going in and talking to them they told me they would need to order parts I took my car initially because of some recall information with my car. After going in and talking to them they told me they would need to order parts. Mike in service, is who I dealt with and he was great! Even though he only worked in the service department he had some of his guys install a new panel on my door (not part of the recall parts, just something I needed to get fixed). Usually this is done at their body shop, not the service shop (great time saver!). Mike was more than accommodating and was very friendly to talk to. I'll be going back to Laird Noller in the future for any problems I have with my car. More
