We went in to look at a nice used Escape that was in the paper, it was sold the day before, so we called on Josh to help us find my car, this time I was looking for a nice 2013 Escape Titanium, once again I gave Josh a list of must haves and don't wants, and like our truck Josh came through. The most frustrating thing was the time it took to repair my vehicle. Three weeks is a long time to wait. But, the delay was caused by the age of the vehicle and the rust build-up. Also, any time a part had to be ordered it added another day or two to the process. I wish the parts were more readily available instead of having to use FedEx.
