A new cabin air filter was recommended when it was replaced 11K miles ago ...it just needed to have some debris blown off of it. Be careful to inspect the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Returned the car five minutes after I left because the check engine light was on and the replaced brakes were making a clicking noise. Be careful to let the customer know if all of the service can be performed...one of the two recall services could not be performed because the part was not in. I would have scheduled the service at a later time knowing this; now I have to bring the car back to complete the service. Everything else about the service experience was fantastic. I am lucky to have my car at this Laird Noller location. I have heard a lot of negative about service at the 23rd Street location. A friend who has purchased four vehicles from that location has experienced nothing but problems and swears he will never buy another Ford or Mazda vehicle from them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman tried using scare tactics to get us to buy the vehicle until we told him we weren't dealing with that. When we did buy the vehicle there were a couple of things that were to be fixed. We didn't hear from the sales rep for over 2 weeks after several phone calls and emails. When we finally did get ahold of them they said they would find out the information we were asking for and then never called back. When we finally got the car to them to fix it took longer than it should have to fix the problems. The last straw came today when my fiancé went to tag and register the car. Laird noller never signed the title before they sent it to us! We will never do business with laird noller again and we will make sure to tell everyone we know not to do business there either. More
