In fact I noticed that every customer who entered was treated like royalty.... They didn't have the car on the lot that I wanted, but had one at their Topeka dealership. In one afternoon they had my new car signed, sealed and yes delivered to me. This car dealership cares about customers satisfaction as much as it cares about car sales. Great Vehicle Buying Experience Summer 2014 Laird Noller Dealership Staff and Prospective Buyers-- I just wanted to take a few moments to thank Chris Maynard, Josh Hoke and Jeff Kirwan for al Laird Noller Dealership Staff and Prospective Buyers-- I just wanted to take a few moments to thank Chris Maynard, Josh Hoke and Jeff Kirwan for all their assistance with helping me find and purchase a slightly used vehicle that will work best for my comfort, personality, preferences and most importantly overall vehicle needs. I originally selected to come to this Ford dealership due to some research that allowed me to see a few vehicles on-line (the make, model, year, cost, mileage, photos, etc). This on-line information really saved me so much time in finding a newer vehicle for me in a timely manner without driving from lot to lot as we all had to do in the past. I also selected this dealership due to my longtime friendship with Chris Maynard. It was nice knowing that I already had someone on my side who knew my personality and possible wants/needs more so than just a random salesperson. Chris then had me also work with Josh Hoke who was friendly, patient and informative and he actually helped me locate the vehicle (not one of my original researched vehicles) that I actually purchased that day. The vehicle I purchased was the exact make and model that I was looking for however, it had 50,000 less miles, better shape and the color that I really had wanted. After all was said and done I met with Jeff Kirwan for assistance with all the paperwork needed to purchase a vehicle. Jeff was friendly, patient and explained things as many times as I needed to hear them to be clear. All three of the salesmen I worked with; Chris, Josh and Jeff let me know that I could call or stop by at any time if I had any further questions, needs or concerns. Overall my experience at the Laird Noller Ford was professional and knowledgeable, yet genuinely friendly and I can actually say it was fun. I would have no reservations working again with this dealership for any future vehicle purchases. Sean was gracious enough to meet us at Cabela's so I could have the opportunity to do the test drive. I was looking at the Durango but it wasn't ready yet so I gave the Aviator a try and loved the ride! A part was needed for the seat heater/air conditioner and Sean is ordering it for us and will let me know when it comes in so we can get it fixed. Successful car search We have purchased a Mazda3 i Touring sedan after lengthy consideration of several models, leading to a choice among the Masda3, the Honda Civic, and K We have purchased a Mazda3 i Touring sedan after lengthy consideration of several models, leading to a choice among the Masda3, the Honda Civic, and Kia Rio and Forte, I probably would not even have considered visiting Laird Noller Automotive to look at Fords or Mazdas except that I had a previous excellent experience there when shopping for the last car we purchased (which ended up being a Honda Accord from another dealer). It was during that prior car search that I met Matt Bigelow, who did an excellent job promoting Ford products--particularly the Ford Fusion. Despite losing that sale, Matt greeted us with enthusiasm when we came back looking for a second car. Matt is a courteous and knowledgeable car salesman with enduring patience, as it was many weeks of frequent contacts between initial contact and final decision on the Mazda3. During that process we also had excellent experiences with all the members of the Laird Noller sales team with special kudos to Cody Reich and Jon Riedel. Cody made every effort to ensure that we ended up with the right deal on the car and Jon was well organized in the process of going through all the paperwork related to the purchase, giving plenty of time for us to ask questions, read over the documents and understand what we were signing. With appreciation for the quality of their service, I will definitely recommend Laird Noller Automotive to my friends and will encourage them to contact Matt Bigelow when they go there. More
