Hopefull I had dropped a key into the console near the emergency brake. I pulled in to ask to borrow a tool so I could take the panel off. Steve insisted his tech could get it for me and they did. No charge which is completely unheard of today. They were very friendly and polite. I will drive out of my way to have them work on my car for any future repair needs. This facility and staff is great!!!! More

What a difference..hope it continues I was pleased that this service visit was notably different than our last visit. I am not sure I am ready to recommend this as a service center yet, I was pleased that this service visit was notably different than our last visit. I am not sure I am ready to recommend this as a service center yet, since the past visits have taken multiple visits to address the same issue. But after my last visit I can say there is an improvement in the overall service received. I received updates throughout the day on my car, rather than just waiting until 5:00 to call and say I could come get it. The explanation of service completed was completed without me feeling like they were talking to me as a 5 year old. Steve came for a ride with me to see if I could notice a different in the vehicle. I hope this level of customer service is the new norm, and not just making up for previous visits. Willing to continue to return and see what happens! More

My experience at Laird Noller, my first, was a good one. It's clear why they have been in business so many years. Mike was great to work with--attentive but not pushy and sensitive to my time frame. He patiently answered my questions and found just the car I wanted. I felt I got a very fair new car price and was pleased at their willingness to work with me on the trade-in. Likewise Alex thoroughly explained all the paperwork. He was flexible and professional. I left feeling good about the whole experience. I am very happy with my new car and am confident that any future questions/concerns will be met with the same friendliness, knowledge, courtesy, and fairness. More
