Prior to our visit I had submitted an on-line inquiry - Anthony Thompson responded within 2 minutes and was just the perfect fit for us! He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, was not pushy but most importantly we did not have to play the "car buying game" with him. Anthony along with Jonathan gave us the bottom line pricing right off the bat - we came home not only with a new car but with renewed faith in how easy the car buying process could be when you deal with the right people. I had no reservations about buying my vehicle from him. He is a very trustworthy person to deal with. When the service department was done cleaning up the Jeep, it looked brand new, inside & out. I took several of his business cards with me to give to people who may soon be in the market for a car or SUV and told them they should call him for that new vehicle. I would have no reservations about buying another vehicle from him and this dealership. Alex was great, he was able to get me the best financing deal around, even a better rate than my own bank! He explained every piece of paper I signed, answered my questions and he is another caring individual. This is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. This couldn't have been a more positive experience. I had researched the Mazda 6 using Edmunds true market value and decided that I would see what I could get a Mazda 6 Sport (low end) model. Very shortly after that I got an e-mail from Josh with a price that was well below the Edmunds numbers. I took that quote and decided to see if it might be possible to "upgrade" to the Mazda 6 touring. I had my target "out the door" price and e-mailed Josh back. He responded back with a quote on a Touring that was fantastic - I visited the dealership that weekend and talked with Josh and Cody. They took my Prius to evaluate it for trade. They came back UNDER my target price. I signed. The car was ready to be picked up Monday. This was perhaps the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The car is great, the dealership is great. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Josh, to others. More

Probably the best customer service I've experienced in the Kansas area while purchasing a car. They went above and beyond to find a great deal for me and my family. I would suggest them to anyone. I was near the end of the lease on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, and had been so thoroughly satisfied with the car, and Laird Noller Automotive, that I was determined to lease another Hyundai Sonata. Joe Kelly LTD, and had been so thoroughly satisfied with the car, and Laird Noller Automotive, that I was determined to lease another Hyundai Sonata. Joe Kelly contacted me, and asked what I wanted to do about the end of my lease. I told Joe that I wanted to acquire another car (2014 Sonata) similar to what I was drivling. Joe suggested that I terminate the current lease early and use the equity in my car against a new car. From first phone call, to driving away with my new car was a matter of less than 48 hours. Joe was very efficient and professional in moving me into my new car. Alex Marfise, the leasing agent, moved me thru the new lease in record time and we were ready to take possession of the new car quickly. Marc Hauser, General Sales Manager, visited with me regarding the entire process, to be certain I was satisfied. From start to finish, I couldn't be more impressed with the entire Laird Noller team.
