Joe is an excellent salesperson. He never put any pressure on us, and was extremely informative. On one occasion, we arrived at the dealership fairly late, near closing time. We didn't get back to the Hyundai dealership until after closing time. He is a former teacher by trade, and his salesmanship could be described as that of a good teacher - patient, clear, and informative. MIke Smith was an awesome salesman. I went in with my mom to buy a ford focus ST. I had been in contact with Mike before our visit. I had called him 2 days prior to the dealership visit to see if they had my to buy a ford focus ST. I had been in contact with Mike before our visit. I had called him 2 days prior to the dealership visit to see if they had my ST. Unfortunately they did not however Mike was determined to get the car. In less than 30 minutes he had found me a car but not at the dealership. I was then informed that these cars were very difficult to come across. He searched everywhere to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. At the end of the search we were unable to find the color I wanted (performance blue) with the package I wanted BUT color was not much of an issue to me as the package was. In the end, I ended up with a "tangerine scream" ford focus ST with the package I wanted and most importantly at the PRICE I wanted. Everything went very smooth with no complications. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and seemed to want to please our every desire. We then went to meet with Jeff Kirwan to fill out all of our paper work (yuck!). Jeff made it really easy to understand as this was my first time buying a car and I had some questions but they got answered during his explanations. He was very understanding of my situation and dropped the price down on our coverage package about 50 bucks. This was my first time in a dealership even though my dad has worked at multiple dealerships in the past. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new ford in the KC area. I have nothing but good things to say. On monday I will be picking up my new baby! can't wait! Steve did a good job of helping me with tire(s)...maybe some communication issues but they were overcome. Overall service has not been as good as in the past but I think things are improving. Steve is trying very hard to get the quality of service back into the dealership. I will be a little cautious for a while when service work is done on my car however. I'd like to see the past Larird Noller service emerge again. Brought my Chevrolet Tahoe to Laird Noller on whim, I knew it needed a thermostat and my spouse needed the car ASAP. I spoke with the Service Manager, Steve who said they would get it done for me. I dropped it off with Wade first thing in the morning and was able to hand the keys to my wife over my lunch hour. Speedy service, no hassles, and quality work, all from a dealership that doesn't even sell the brand of my vehicle. I will definitely use Laird Noller for service on all my vehicles from here on out!
