This is my first experience with Laird Noller Ford and it has been an easy and pleasant one! Steve did a good job of helping me with tire(s)...maybe some communication issues but they were overcome. Overall service has not been as good as in the past but I think things are improving. Steve is trying very hard to get the quality of service back into the dealership. I will be a little cautious for a while when service work is done on my car however. I'd like to see the past Larird Noller service emerge again. Brought my Chevrolet Tahoe to Laird Noller on whim, I knew it needed a thermostat and my spouse needed the car ASAP. I spoke with the Service Manager, Steve who said they would get it done for me. I dropped it off with Wade first thing in the morning and was able to hand the keys to my wife over my lunch hour. Speedy service, no hassles, and quality work, all from a dealership that doesn't even sell the brand of my vehicle. I will definitely use Laird Noller for service on all my vehicles from here on out!
