Your web site is misleading/confusing for Mazda owners, but it may not be an issue for me much longer. Our experience AT the dealership was wonderful. Jacob was excellent at answering our questions and helping us out. The problem is the finance department. We have been texted reminders but no calls have been made to us when we have called and left voicemails. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you deal with the sales people you will be in luck as they are lovely. But I hope you headed my warning- do not finance through them. They will jerk you around for a month and you will still not be taken care off. More
