Your web site is misleading/confusing for Mazda owners, but it may not be an issue for me much longer. The fact that you are no longer a Mazda dealer and that the Model 6 is no longer made means that I wi but it may not be an issue for me much longer. Our experience AT the dealership was wonderful. Jacob was excellent at answering our questions and helping us out. The problem is the finance department. It has been over a month and we still do not have clear information on when the LOAN is going to be serviced, which means we do not have the information to properly and legally title our vehicle. We have been texted reminders but no calls have been made to us when we have called and left voicemails. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you deal with the sales people you will be in luck as they are lovely. But I hope you headed my warning- do not finance through them. They will jerk you around for a month and you will still not be taken care off. More
