Now I'm saddled with a monthly loan payment much higher than I wanted to pay, even if it gets paid off sooner by paying the loan down. I felt like the finance guys, Ali, tricked me and that feels bad. So can't recommend Laird Noller Ford of Lawrence. More
The way they do business is deceitful. I will never go there again. The salesperson was nice, but not as informed as she should have been. The service department had overbooked the date for my first appointment and even though I had made the appointment several days in advance, I'd have to wait until late afternoon. Amber scheduled a new a first appointment and even though I had made the appointment several days in advance, I'd have to wait until late afternoon. Amber scheduled a new appointment for me on a different day. It seemed that the overbooking was due to the online appointment scheduling system where to people who answer the phone have no idea how many service appointments are made and for what kind of service on any given day. The word count and encouragement line "Nice work" are not necessary and annoying. More

I received a call to schedule oil change saying they were giving a deal for 59 dollars. I pick up my vehicle and it was 120 dollars. False advertisement. Horrible service. I started having problems with my vehicle from day one. Took over a month to get a part in for a common model car. In the meantime my vehicle brok I started having problems with my vehicle from day one. Took over a month to get a part in for a common model car. In the meantime my vehicle broke down for another reason, which lead to a extremely high tow bill and me being without the vehicle for another couple of weeks while I had to wait for the needed parts for that issue. This all after an extended service wait time before I could initially take the car home. So, my guess is the dealer knew they had a lemon and were hoping some sucker would buy it. Avoid, untrustworthy. More

For my 100,000 mile oil change and service I called the Quick Lane to set up an appointment. I was directed to voicemail where I left a message asking to schedule that service. A few hours later I got a call back and scheduled the service. It took 1-1/4 hour for this “quick” service. For my 105,000 oil change and service I again called the Quick Lane and again was directed to voicemail Where I left a message to schedule that service work. Never got a call back. I in turn went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change where I had the same multi point service work and tire rotation done which was completed in about 45 minutes, without an appointment. I think they have earned my business. More
