Service department experience was awful. Very poor communication on the day of service. After arriving to pickup vehicle; waited for 30 minutes for ticket to be written up. I was told I would be charged an additional $1000 if I did not use your financing which cost me $3000 in fees anyway, it took 2 weeks to get the car and the paperwork.
