Made appointment on Wednesday for Saturday @ 1015. Dealership asked if I would be dropping off or waiting, I wouldn't be a drop-off. Didn't move my truck out of parking lot till 1040. I asked why it was taking so long before there starting and I was told that they took walk-ins that wasn't finished yet. My question is , why am I waiting on walk ins when I make a appointment for a oil change days in advancement, so I can plan the rest of my tasks around my appointment, that's why you make a appointment, right? Doesn't inspect or service used vehicles before selling. Sold me a a vehicle with trash and a knife inside pockets. Dirt in all interior crevices. Tire light came on after 20 miles. I test drove a vehicle that had an advertised price that I was going to pay cash for. After the test drive I told the sales person that I would like to buy( I didn't haggle price), but she came back with a I was going to pay cash for. After the test drive I told the sales person that I would like to buy( I didn't haggle price), but she came back with a final quote of over $1000 more than the sticker price with admin fees. What admin fees can they have for a cash sale? It was false advertising and very dishonest. More
2006 Ford mustang with aftermarket supercharger and upgraded fuel injectors. Runs perfectly fine...Always has. Dropped off at the Ford dealership for simple airbag recall. They called to tell me it wou upgraded fuel injectors. Runs perfectly fine...Always has. Dropped off at the Ford dealership for simple airbag recall. They called to tell me it would not start. $150 computer diagnosis of “rich fuel mixture“ = Laymans terms “you flooded it“. The mustang owners handbook has a great description on how to start a mustang with fuel injectors and how to disable fuel injectors by depressing the gas pedal when you accidentally flood it. I have never had that problem before that time; or since after picking it back up at the dealership. Not sure how they flooded it. Their assumption from the computer diagnosis was “leaky fuel injector.” Sounds awfully expensive. My diagnosis was to start it the way it is supposed to be started and drive it normally. Has worked fine ever since. Sorry guys. You blew that one. There was no problem to fix. Just learn how to start your own cars. Thanks for the pricey bill for a free airbag recall. Maybe let some of your old school mechanics do the diagnosis without the computer. Or just start the car without pumping the gas pedal like it is supposed to be started. More

Worked with Ralph on the purchase of a truck. He was outstanding to work with! We we under a time restraint and Ralph was able to get us out the door and on the road quickly. Not interested in the customer I've tried to buy a vehicle 3 times from these folks. Went elsewhere each time. They aren't interested in what I want. Never did. Finding another dealer for service now. I wish someone who understood "the customer" would buy this dealership so we'd have a good one in Lawrence. More
Worst car buying experience I have had! I have done business with laird Noller since I bought my first car. Every experience was great and I had only good things to say. I am not sure what happened. I went to inquire about a truck and potentially trade in a mustang I had purchased from them two years ago. The Salesman asked me what time to meet him, I explained to him I could do it in the morning and he text me early asking what time. I told him 830. He never showed up, I sat in the building for 30 minutes before I could get help. I got stuck with another salesman who rushed me through didn’t ask me what I was looking for, literally put zero emphasis on me as a buyer and what I wanted to get out of the situation. Then they have my car for 3 minutes and then insult me with an unbelievable trade in quote. (Apparently it cost 600$ for tire sensors). When I was about to leave they said they would work on a deal. I waited for another hour and nothing happened. I told them I had to go to work, they said they would contact me before 5. No one ever called me and to top off the situation the truck that they had listed wasn’t even the model as described. More
