Great service I had a great experience with great service. They worked closely with my insurance company to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I also got a very nice loaner while mine was in service. I was told it might be ready but they took it for one last drive and Greg Dahlem noticed something else that needed to be fixed. He saved me from having to come back later. My car looks great! More

Nuisance but fixed I called and requested service for my 17 Focus and to have the recall taken care of. OMG, I got like 7 calls 14 emails and was very frustrated. They had two different cars other than mine listed. Ugh, finally we got all straightened out and my service was taken care with many apologies. Communication is key, but that did not happen and I was bugged for a whole week. Hopefully this small building can get that fixed. That was my last visit, thank you but I decided to go elsewhere for future maintenance. Josh was my last contact and he was phenomenal and apologetic! Thank you More

Easy in and out for oil change and tire rotation. I had my oil changed and tires rotated in less than 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. Wonderful, cheerful service! Great service folks and great service I recently had to have a steering dampener replaced on a F250 that went bad after just 19,000 mikes. The folks in service including Greg were wonderful. They got the truck in when promised and it was done well before it was promised. The outside of the truck was well cared for and the inside was as well with floor mats and seat covers to protect it. I’m pleased to be a customer of Laird Noller. More
