When I arrived, the person I was told to meet wasn’t working that day and the truck I came to test drive wasn’t at the Lawrence lot (even though I sent the listed VIN to confirm before driving) but at the Topeka lot. I test drive a similar model truck to confirm I wanted to purchase the truck and then had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for them to get the truck I wanted to the lot. After the truck arrived, it took another hour to finish the paperwork because the staff wasn’t familiar with new finance processes. To top it off, 20 miles off the lot, the check engine light came on because when performing a recall fix, some mechanic hadn’t finished connecting a sensor properly. The truck is working well since and I really enjoy it, but this dealership has lost my business. More

Two purchases in 3 months Had a wonderful experience buying my first brand new car. No run around, no BS. I told them what I wanted, we bargained it out, and when I informed my salesman that I would be coming in from Kansas City to purchase the vehicle, he had me send my documents electronically so they could begin the process before we showed up the next evening. Despite having some technical issues, the process moved forward quickly, and I was very excited to say goodbye to my old car and drive home my 2019 Kona. Tyler, the employee who finalized the details of the sale with us, has followed up a few times make sure my questions are answered and that I haven't had problems with the car. I have appreciated his diligence. Update: 3 months after purchasing my new vehicle, my husband and I returned to purchase a second new vehicle. Once again, an overall great experience. We paid a better price than the dealership close to our house offered. Tyler was great again with helping us with our purchase. More

It's all about the money Even after making a reservation for a simple oil change it took so much longer than one would expect. Upon completion all that was done was a simple oil change but the price included things that they didn't do, i.e. tire rotation. The only thing they seemed interested in doing was selling us new tires even though less than 3000 ago we were assured that our current tires had over 20k remaining. So I guess my point is that it seems Laird Noller is no longer into customer service its number one goal is to get their customers to pay more money for things they don't really need. More

My SUV had multiple complex issues and I was given clear consider updates and recommendations and never at any time did I feel as though they were trying to upsell me. It's not often you hear GREAT things about a Dealership Service Department - Laird Noller Ford in Lawrence is the exception. I strongly recommend them for any work your vehicle may need. I wish I could remember the mechanics name because I made a joke about my SUV and thanked him for doing what he does. Instead of just giving me a kind response he asked me if he could answer any questions about what was going on with my SUV. More
