Despite having some technical issues, the process moved forward quickly, and I was very excited to say goodbye to my old car and drive home my 2019 Kona. Tyler, the employee who finalized the details of the sale with us, has followed up a few times make sure my questions are answered and that I haven't had problems with the car. I have appreciated his diligence. Update: 3 months after purchasing my new vehicle, my husband and I returned to purchase a second new vehicle. Once again, an overall great experience. It's all about the money Even after making a reservation for a simple oil change it took so much longer than one would expect. Upon completion all that was done was a simple oil change but the price included things that they didn't do, i.e. tire rotation. The only thing they seemed interested in doing was selling us new tires even though less than 3000 ago we were assured that our current tires had over 20k remaining. So I guess my point is that it seems Laird Noller is no longer into customer service its number one goal is to get their customers to pay more money for things they don't really need. More
