Disappointed The person we dealt with when dropping off the car was rude and dismissive. His attitude worsened when he discovered the we were there for service and The person we dealt with when dropping off the car was rude and dismissive. He gruffly walk us over to the service area where we were told to sit and wait for a ride. The driver was very pleasant but after waiting 15 minutes for him to arrive we had to go with him from the ford dealership to another dealership to pick up someone who we then delivered to Menards. When we finally got home an hour or so later. In about 2 hours we received a call saying our car was ready and the driver would call us when he was five minutes away. About 20mins later he pulled into our driveway and honked his horn several times.....no phone call. The car was “clean” but not detailed as we were told would be done at each service. More

Starting Issue. Josh got the car fixed in a timely manner and his confidence in the replacement of the starter motor being the problem was great. In researching the problem that Ford has with the 2016 explorers I realized that there does not seem to be a good communication to Ford HQ and back to the dealers on the exact issue that my car was having. It seems to me that a quick search within all dealers of the problem would render the answer and the repair. The videos that I saw on the internet of the exact problem that my car was having where all users said the dealers did not know what the problem was. There are a lot of problems with in 2016 with issues of the explorers coming to a stall while going highway 60 to 75 mph. I wonder now that this problem with the starter that I had could be the same issue as I read abought on the internet. The dealer I used before said I needed a new battery and I had them replace it. The car has 18,000 plus miles on it and both battery and starter should not have needed replacement. I had a good experience with Laird Noller and will return for service there. Regards Doug More
