Beware of Pricing I liked the overall work but the price I was quoted and the price that the service department tried to charge me was way off. I absolutely hate car shopping but these individuals made it a really nice experience. What was really noticeable was how nice everyone was! I have already recommended them to others who are car shopping. Of course the real test will be when something needs to be repaired on the car. Note: the only reason I marked price as a four below is because I paid a little more than I wanted to but I felt the additional warranty was worth. I hope that proves to be the case. More

normal oil change It was determined that my car had an oil leak, and both rear shocks were leaking. However, NO ONE pointed this out to me. If I didn't read my paper print out, it would've gone unnoticed. Also, Lincoln concierge service includes a car wash, but they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half before they could do this. They were washing new cars (which could've waited) and gotten mine done much quicker. This certainly wasn't concierge service. More
