GREAT EXPERIENCE We set up a time to test drive a Ford Escape and it was ready when we got there. Sean explained everything about the SUV to us. Emergency battery replacement I called Alex at Hyundai Service this past service indicating that my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was dead in our garage and wouldn't start. First he recomme I called Alex at Hyundai Service this past service indicating that my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was dead in our garage and wouldn't start. First he recommended an excellent towing company, 19th Street Tow, to come tow it to the dealership. I know you were extremely busy; however, he made sure my car was fixed in a very timely manner, and even suggested they go ahead and perform the oil change that was scheduled next week. He also suggested I change the type of oil to a synthetic (I think he said) so I could go longer between oil changes and perform better for our vehicle. I have never been unhappy, whether dealing first with Danny, then Jessica, and now with Alex. Also every person who actually worked on all 3 of our vehicles has done a very good job as far as I can tell. I also like your waiting room; it is comfortable and I like having control of the remote! More

Jessica was in communication about my car and arranged transportation, and when a shuttle driver didn't show up, one of the mechanics came to my house and picked up me and my son, took him to school and me to the dealership to get my car, and everyone still got where they needed to be on time.
