Most of my experience was pretty good. But I was disappointed in their response to my brake rotors being severely pitted. I had an inspection of the vehicle one day after taking delivery But I was disappointed in their response to my brake rotors being severely pitted. I had an inspection of the vehicle one day after taking delivery and was told that they were pretty bad and should have them replaced or brakes will wear prematurely. I informed Lake of this issue that same day. They told me that the brakes were within spec. I didn't think severely pitted rotors would be "per spec". It really made me question the dealership...and makes me nervous about my purchase. More

Overall a great experience starting with Bob Howard and finishing up with Calab.. There are few issues with the used car I purchased that I missed on the walk around and test drive but it is a 5 model yea finishing up with Calab.. There are few issues with the used car I purchased that I missed on the walk around and test drive but it is a 5 model year old vehicle so it will not be perfect! As the experience was great and I am equally happy with the vehicle overall!!! I would recommend Lake Chevrolet to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle they have . Keep up the great job !!!
