When it came to a question regarding inconsistencies with service coding on an oil change from previous history, the customer could not figure out whether the oil was synthetic or not. The customer wanted to service coding on an oil change from previous history, the customer could not figure out whether the oil was synthetic or not. The customer wanted to know the oil specs if oil ever needed to be added between oil changes. The service mangagers did not know and the customer had to dig deep to find out whether the 6.6L Duramax diesel takes synthetic oil or not; it does NOT...Figured the service managers should have known....
