When it came to a question regarding inconsistencies with service coding on an oil change from previous history, the customer could not figure out whether the oil was synthetic or not. The customer wanted to service coding on an oil change from previous history, the customer could not figure out whether the oil was synthetic or not. The customer wanted to know the oil specs if oil ever needed to be added between oil changes. The service mangagers did not know and the customer had to dig deep to find out whether the 6.6L Duramax diesel takes synthetic oil or not; it does NOT...Figured the service managers should have known.... The mechanic my girlfriend was being helped by was very rude and unjust. He said I should've been there and be a man he heard my girlfriend and I on the phone and said sly remarks as in "oh that's a happy rude and unjust. He said I should've been there and be a man he heard my girlfriend and I on the phone and said sly remarks as in "oh that's a happy couple" and was mad because I didn't want to pay 300 dollar for a inspection. He was very unprofessional and very rude. Will never be going back there unless that person learns how to respect people. More
