Car sales this is about two 2018 vehicles I purchased last week. Dec 19, 2019. The cars aRe great as well. My problem started when we were filling out our paper this is about two 2018 vehicles I purchased last week. Dec 19, 2019. The cars aRe great as well. My problem started when we were filling out our paperwork and I noticed that one vehicle had oil service as needing to be done on the certification sheet. The finance person crossed an x into the field as completed and assured me the oil service had happened. Then because it was late my sales person arranged for me to come in the following monday for the car to be detailed.. over the weekend I noticed the oil life indicator was showing 40% life remaining. Weird because I was assured this vehicles oil was done. So, Monday comes. I head to your dealership with paperwork in hand and meet Bob to have car detailed. I explained there was only 40% life span remaining on oil and that the certification was checked needs servic but the finance guy said it was done and crossed it out. Bob said he would look into it. He returned and told me that when the percentage was 15% I should return and it would be taken care of. I then informed him I would not probably be here since I’m leaving Wisconsin. Bob then told me bring it in before you go and we will take care of it. Awesome I said thanks for addressing this. My son and I head to lunch and Bob has my car detailed. I return the car looks great. Bob greats me and proceeds to tell me of a policy that oil service is not provided sine it still has a life span of 35%. He also states I will have to use one of my free services to have oil changed. I told Bob that I just bought 2 2018 vehicles from him and I should not have to use a service voucher that is a perk for buying a new vehicle. Bob then told me he could take away the certification and give me an oil change. This was insulting. I responded to him do whatever you want my paperwork says different. These vehicles are our second and third vehicles from this dealership. My grandfather bought from you along with my father. I have a son who will not be buying from your dealership. So from here things just get worse. During our purchase your employees told us they switched over our insuanc from the two vehicles we traded in to the new vehicles. Due to the holiday we were unable to follow up with our insurance man. I did leave my insurance company a voicemail. My insurance man contacted me telling me I was covered for a 2014 equinox and a 2007 Jeep Liberty. Now things are in order not by Lake Chevrolet but by me. 8 days my family drove around in uninsured vehicles and financed vehicles. Not only would we have been financially ruined paying out of pocet for damages to someone we would’ve still had to pay for us. I would hope you would have some sort of respond to this and also want to address the false certification sheet I have. I feel cheated and disrespected To top all of this. Finance told us that the two vehicles would be jointly financed. 3 weeks later we find out we actually are financed through two different banks. Unacceptable. More

Too long wait just for be oil change, rotation Appointment was for 11:00- car didn't get in till at least 11:50. Finally got my car 2 hours after arriving there- ridiculous for oil change and just rotation. Last time was the expected 30 or less so this was shocking. The sales guy talked to Matt K though was very helpful talking to about my lease coming up. More
Oil leak On 10-24-19 in for oil leak lake Chevrolet charged me 195.14 to fix it. Back in 11-25-19 for oil leak lake Chevrolet charged me 207.88 to fix it. Back in for oil leak on 12-10-19 lake Chevrolet charged me 513.22 to fix it. 12-24-19 the car is still leaking. The car we bought new in 2013 from Braeger Chevrolet it only has under 33000 miles on it. How much more is lake Chevrolet going to charge me before you fix it. More

could have been better recieved a letter in april 2019 stating a extended warranty for a known issue with the side blind zone alert system for which i was having problems w recieved a letter in april 2019 stating a extended warranty for a known issue with the side blind zone alert system for which i was having problems with. I called lake to schedule a appointment. They informed me the part will be ordered. In november of 2019 they called and said part came in Which in my opinion is a unacceptable amount of time. so i brought the car in and was told they would replace the sensors. they called me and stated that because during the time i was waiting for the part the warranty expired. They would have to get approval from gm and could not do the job until such approval was granted. So i was without a car for 3 days waiting for approval. Well i needed the car after 3 days and when i came to get the car they informed me they finally received approval. so i had to bring car in for a second time to get job done. It is apparent that lake is not concerned about the inconvenience that it may bring upon its costumers. The service advisor stated "this is very frustrating for me" just imagine how frustrating is was for us. More
