Glen is the best Great experience with Glen Lewis. Have been back 3 times and he is fair, honest and doesn’t mess around. GM recall handled ! I brought my vehicle to Lake as their closer than where I bought it. The vehicle was brought in for a GM recall, while i was checking in, my service a I brought my vehicle to Lake as their closer than where I bought it. The vehicle was brought in for a GM recall, while i was checking in, my service advisor Alex told me he would also take care of 2 other recalls i was completely unaware of. That's the sign of good service, when their not hiding unknown things from you. I have a good feeling with this dealership. More

Where they could really improve is making sure that the service associates are informed on the promotions they are advertising. Only one out of the four associates new about the promotion I asked about and how to enter the transaction. So they definitely weren’t going to know to tell me about that promotion ( or any other deal). It definitely was something that saved me money but I had to work to get it. I made the associate figure it out. But they were happy to do and was a good sport about it. More
