Buying my first "new" car The dealership was recommended to me by a friend. The two salesmen I dealt with were informative as well as humorous. They both made be at ease. The accountant was friendly and took the pain out of the paperwork (other than signing so many papers). The only complaint is the manager(s) that I never saw who were helping the salesmen to put the fear of getting my first "new" vehicle taken away due to a glitch in receiving the numbers they needed for the employee pricing. The glitch was due to the current strike GM is in and not my fault. There could have been a clearer picture given to me in the event that the number getting took longer. I suppose however, that they wanted the sale and that was their focus? More

Oil Change & tire sound I came in with the regular oil change needed, however there was a weird clicky noise in the right front tire every time I made a turn.
