Car broke down I have a 2008 Saturn Vue and it broke down on me at Sams Club. Onstar had it towed to Braeger Chevelot and they fixed it for and from out I had othe I have a 2008 Saturn Vue and it broke down on me at Sams Club. Onstar had it towed to Braeger Chevelot and they fixed it for and from out I had other issues. Joel Turner was my service guy and he was Great! Bragger Chevelot is the best! Really helped me out in an emergency. I was 45 miles from home and completely blew out my back tire. Didn't want to drive home on the doughnut but wanted a Chevy repair center. Horrible customer service and prices are robbery Brought my car in three times before problem was fixed. Waited a month to get the parts to fix my car when I was told it would only be a few days. The service guy had me drop off my car after the parts finally came. That was on a Monday and he said the car should be done on Thursday and if he needed it longer he would call me. I didn’t get a call so I went to pick my car up that Thursday. The guy I was working with wasn’t there so I talked to someone else and they told me they hadn’t even got the parts yet. So I waited for a call when my car was fixed, that finally came three and a half weeks later. Not one time did I get a call to give me an update what was going on with the parts or letting me know what was going on with my car when they had it for almost a month. I had my car back for a few days then suddenly my serpentine belt broke. I went in to make an appointment to get it fixed and a quote on the price. I was told the belt was $75 and labor would be two hours at about $150. I went and bought a new belt that only cost $18 not $75 and it took about 10 minutes to fix not two hours. It amazes me how you can charge such a high price for parts and labor when it actually doesn’t cost that much. You are robbing your customers More
