Excellent service department I purchased my Traverse a couple of years ago and received 2 free oil changes. I have a 25 - 30 minute drive to get to Braeger and pass a few other o I purchased my Traverse a couple of years ago and received 2 free oil changes. I have a 25 - 30 minute drive to get to Braeger and pass a few other options, for service, on the way there. My intention was to go elsewhere for service after the first 2 free. But my experience was so positive, both times,that I have continued to bring my Traverse to Braeger for all services needed. The drive is worth the reliability and service that I have gotten each and every time! I have continued on, well past the free services, and plan to do so as long as I own the vehicle. Glen is a star on this team! He not only takes the time to provide excellent customer service... he goes beyond what is necessary and provides added value for the customers when additional services are needed. More

Worst customer service at a dealership. I spent over 2 hours at the dealership. During that time the salesman Josh did not do a walk around the vehicle with me nor did he show me anything a I spent over 2 hours at the dealership. I asked about setting up my phone and he told me it was done and when I left the dealership it was not done. When he was in the office he left to make coffee and was gone a long time. He took me out to the car had me push the on star button and he left me to set it up. During his time of setting up my chevrolet he left the office and I set it up myself on my phone. He answered messages on his cell phone. Made me feel like he had no time for me. A friend was with me. She lives in Milwaukee and commented on what poor customer service this was. More
