I also felt pressured in ordered to continue service even though you and I both know that I would save hundreds of dollars going elsewhere which he even he agreed it would be a better deal. I thanked him for all of his help profusely and I even dropped off a thank you gift off and left it at his desk. He never even acknowledged I sent him anything. Glen also seemed inconvenienced when I needed to pay my bill and Josh was not there to complete the transaction. He's never had good customer service skills and never is friendly. More

I had been working with Zach H. by phone for about a week and did not feel once pressured about purchasing. He was not pushy whatsoever and made the process so easy. (For me that plays a big part in purchasing. )The pricing was exactly what we were looking for and and we actually came from Michigan to purchase our vehicle.
