Scott was great! Honest staff, awesome service! I was nervous buying a truck from out of state, having to fly in to Milwaukee and not knowing exactly what I was getting. From bad experience to a better one Recently my 2013 GMC Terrain gave out on me and I had two options; fix the engine or buy a new car. After calling around to other dealerships, I finally decided on this location and to work with Scott. Scott was able to turn my bad experience into a better one by providing me with the best trade in value deal and have a negotiable vehicle sale while expressing true care for me as his customer. He was very personable and provided me with the utmost respect. He breaks things down when it comes the features in vehicles and takes the time to make sure you understand everything. Whenever I needed to get a hold of him, he was always available no matter the time. Working with Brandon was great also. He made sure to break down all the financing information. He was very welcoming and polite. He made sure to stick with the facts which is what I really appreciated and did not try to oversell anything to me. He sat with me until I felt completely sure about signing all the documents and did not make me feel rushed at all. I bought a 2017 Chevy Equinox from him and Steve; I left feeling confident in my purchase. While all this was happening, my spouse was having issues with a few leaks in our second vehicle (2010 Chevy Cruz). Steve Thomas is, hands down, our go to service provider because of his expertise and excellent customer care. Steve continued to work with us until our issue was finally resolved. Steve is just a really friendly guy, able to crack jokes with us when we really needed some positivity amongst all the bad luck we have been having. Service and sale pricing were fair and accommodating to support discount requests when appropriate. I give the overall dealership a 4 out of 5 star rating because the of the fair pricing, could be better with their parts on the GM manufacture end and the vehicle I purchased had some cosmetic issues that I feel should have been addressed prior to putting it on the lot rather than during the purchasing period. I understand purchasing a used vehicle is not a guarantee for a perfect cosmetic condition, but I do feel that dents and/or large scratches should be taken care of by the dealership prior to a customer saying something. I believe it would save everyone's time during the car buying experience and it would also give individuals a better sense that GM and its dealership CEOs stand behind every vehicle that they put onto their lots to the full 100% for overall high quality for both new and used vehicles. Other than that, the people were great and my overall experience was as well. More
