Unacceptable wait Doug Voigt, salesman, was terrific! The entire car buying experience was a pleasure, and then I had to wait 45 minutes for the finance guy. On a Satu Doug Voigt, salesman, was terrific! The entire car buying experience was a pleasure, and then I had to wait 45 minutes for the finance guy. On a Saturday morning where I was the only customer in the store. I was left twisting in the wind until my frustration level reached the boiling point and I told the Used Car Sales Manager to keep the xxxx car and walked out. What saved the deal was that Doug just happened to meet me at the door as he was coming in and he implored me to not leave. All of a sudden the finance guys who were having a Gabfest in Brandon's office came running out and took care of me after my 45 minute wait. Unfortunately, by that time the damage was done and I went from a satisfied customer to a pissed off one who will think twice about dealing with Braeger Chevrolet. More

Wasn't happy Because the service person that I had. I told him that in a program that i pay monthly to help pay for my work on my vehicle first thing that came out Because the service person that I had. I told him that in a program that i pay monthly to help pay for my work on my vehicle first thing that came out of his mouth is does programs ain't no good and I'm not going to be on the phone waiting for them to answer so I ended up calling them on my phone. So while I was on the phone he was just sitting there talking to the other service guy like ain't this his job to be calling for me. Plus the person i spoke told me that he has to call for security reasons. More
