Customer Service Done Right When my vehicle unexpectedly (and inconveniently) died, I called Braeger because they are certified GMC mechanics. That gave me a level of confidence When my vehicle unexpectedly (and inconveniently) died, I called Braeger because they are certified GMC mechanics. That gave me a level of confidence in their workmanship. I spoke with the Director of Fleet Operations and told him what I suspected the trouble was. He was very friendly and reassuring. I rode with the tow truck and dropped off the vehicle. A shuttle was arranged to take me to work. He called to let me know what the repair was to be and the pricing. He patiently and pleasantly answered every question I had. They called when the work was completed that same day. A shuttle back to the dealership was available. The Shuttle Driver Gregory was very personable. The paperwork for billing was ready when I got there. But Glenn noticed an error on the invoice (in my favor) and corrected it right away. That’s some commendable ethics right there. I would recommend this facility for maintenance and repair. It was an enjoyable experience for what could have been an aggravating one. More
