Manny the salesman wasn't too pushy and I appreciated that. They worked with getting me a car in a short time-frame, gave me a loaner for a few days, and I really felt valued because of that. However, the final day of pick-up went much longer than it should have, as Manny was on a conference call at the same time we were figuring out insurance paperwork. This could have gone much quicker had he not been distracted. I was also not informed of the exact documents I needed to bring, which took up more time (I thought proof on my phone would count, but we needed physical copies I was unaware of). However, meeting with the finance part of the deal was fantastic. Leo was kind, understanding, and genuinely seemed to care about me as a customer. He kept things simple and easy to understand. More

When I called Braeger, I got the service department —not some person whose job is solely to schedule I had no difficulty in setting up my appointment. When I called Braeger, I got the service department —not some person whose job is solely to schedule an appointment, and knows nothing about automotive services. When I brought in my car, I was received well, and my car was serviced in the specified time: oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. The price was very reasonable too. I’m very satisfied, and will bring my Pontiac G6-GTP back for my future vehicle maintenance. For the other dealership who’ll remain nameless — cough, cough, John-Paul, cough, cough — they’ll never ever touch my car again. More
